Dispatch Trucks: Assign and dispatch trucks to pick up and deliver freight, ensuring optimal routing and scheduling.

Follow Up: Monitor shipments and provide updates to customers and carriers, addressing any issues that arise during transit.

Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers, providing exceptional service and support.

Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
