The opportunity: The company's operations team keeps the platform running smoothly by ensuring internal systems and reporting foundations remain dependable. This temporary role (6 to 9 months) exists to systematically clean up, structure, and validate the primary database so the reporting relies on accurate information. You will step in to handle hands-on data hygiene, resolve records with precision, and establish a reliable data foundation for the entire business.

What you'll own

- Build and maintain clean database records by systematically reviewing and structuring information.
- Define account relationships, parent-child structures, and revenue values using clear business logic.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate discrepancies, flag edge cases, and document cleanup decisions consistently.

What we're looking for - Must-haves:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working with structured data in spreadsheets or business systems




- Comfort using basic Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF, filters, sorting, and basic comparisons
- Ability to review large volumes of records carefully and consistently
- Strong organizational skills and ability to track progress across multiple cleanup tasks
- Clear written communication and ability to document decisions and exceptions
- Ability to follow established processes and apply business rules consistently
- Good judgment in knowing when to escalate unclear or conflicting records

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience using Salesforce and supporting CRM data cleanup or governance
- Familiarity with account hierarchies, duplicate management, and revenue-related data fields
- Experience validating reporting data or reconciling mismatched records across systems
- Exposure to Revenue, Sales, or Finance Operations functions
