Requirements

- Required – Technical Skills
- 8+ years of experience in solutions analysis, business systems analysis, delivery management, or consulting roles
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation platforms: Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows
- Experience building AI solutions, agents, prototypes, and production-ready applications
- Portfolio and delivery management experience, including task tracking, timelines, and dependencies
- Ability to develop business and technical documentation, presentations, and dependency plans
- Strong understanding of complex business processes and technical solution design
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Develop prototypes and production-ready AI solutions to demonstrate business value
- Analyze business needs and identify appropriate AI-driven solutions
- Understand business operations, processes, and technical requirements across functions
- Manage project portfolios, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across Enterprise AI initiatives
- Create detailed dependency plans and high-level project tracking as required
- Produce project deliverables, including prototypes, documents, and presentation materials
- Drive adoption of AI solutions across business teams
- Measure solution effectiveness
