? Responsibilities

Daily

- Client reports: Pull client-facing reports and submit them to the Account Manager.
- Internal reports: Generate internal performance reports as directed.
- AI training: Collaborate with the team to train AI tools for automating candidate review processes.
- Business analysis: Use analytical skills to interpret data and provide recommendations.

Weekly

- Team meetings: Attend weekly team meetings.
- Leadership updates: Meet with senior leaders.
- Ad hoc reporting: Schedule and deliver ad hoc reporting needs.
- Data innovation: Suggest new ways to collect and report data.
- Project reporting:



Report on project progress.

Monthly

- End-of-month reports: Build client-facing reports.
- QBR decks: Pull data for Quarterly Business Review decks.
- Recruiting/admin data: Provide data on recruiting/admin activities for engagement and incentive programs.

? Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2+ years in Data Analysis with stable tenure.
- AI tools: Experience optimizing projects using AI tools (techno-functional perspective).
- English Advanced
- Data analysis: Skilled in analyzing large datasets.
- Excel proficiency: Experience building and managing spreadsheets.
- API & automation: Familiarity with APIs and automation processes.
