About the Role

The Payroll Associate is a fast-paced and challenging role that requires the ability to think quickly, react effectively, and serve clients with a high level of dedication. This position is responsible for the accurate processing and recording of client payrolls while delivering expert customer service and care.

The adecuado candidate can manage multiple priorities, work across different payroll environments, and ensure compliance while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and manage multiple client payrolls.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulations.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of payroll taxation.
- Accurately calculate and process wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Process accurate and timely quarter-end and year-end reporting.
- Prepare and deliver ad hoc payroll reports for clients.
- Work with clients across multiple payroll environments, including time and attendance, payroll processing, and payroll reporting.




- Resolve client inquiries related to payroll and payroll systems.
- Manage client-related projects as assigned.
- Answer and respond to client calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate payroll activities from beginning to end in collaboration with clients.
- Deliver the highest level of customer service, including follow-up, follow-through, and accountability.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Prior payroll experience is a plus.
