? Your Main Functions:

- Handle inbound calls from customers in the U.S.
- Perform mandatory cross-selling of telecommunications products and services.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and contribute to meeting the campaign's commercial goals.

? What do you need to apply?

- English Level: B2+ or higher (fluent in speaking and writing).
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Bachiller Académico).
- Location: Must reside in Bogotá (Availability to work on-site).
- With or without Call Center experience; your commercial attitude is what matters most!

? What we offer (Conditions and WOW Benefits):

- Base Salary: $2,850,000 COP (bi-weekly payments) + UNLIMITED sales commissions (all legal benefits included).
- Contract Type: Indefinite term (guaranteed job stability - 42 hours/week).
- Schedule: Availability from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM - 10:00 PM, with 2 days off per week.

- ?️ 100% Paid Training: Training (2 weeks, Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:30 PM) and Nesting (2 weeks, Monday to Sunday, 08:00 AM - 10:00 PM).
- ? Hiring Bonus: A total of $1,000,000 COP ($500,000 at 3 months and $500,000 at 6 months), subject to an average of 37.5 hours per week.
