Customer Service Representative | C1 English Required

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping others find solutions?

We're looking for Customer Service Representatives with strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency to join a growing team supporting the healthcare industry in the United States.

What you'll do:

✅ Manage inbound and outbound communications via phone and email.

✅ Assist customers and service providers with inquiries and issue resolution.

✅ Follow up on claims, billing concerns, and customer requests.

✅ Maintain accurate documentation across internal systems.

✅ Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.





What we're looking for:

✔ Minimum 1.5 years of experience handling calls and email tickets.

✔ English level C1 (mandatory).

✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✔ Comfortable working with computer systems and office tools.

✔ Healthcare or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule:

? Monday to Friday

Shifts scheduled within the time frame of 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., according to Colombian labor regulations.
