"Job Title: Case Manager
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Case Manager to join our team. The idóneo candidate will assist in coordinating medical services for our clients, managing medical records, and navigating insurance claims. Strong communication skills and computer proficiency are essential for this role. Prior experience in the legal industry is preferred.

- Opening and organizing client files in File vine
- Requesting necessary information from clients to facilitate claims
- Handling all necessary documents at the outset of cases, such as letters of representation
- Assisting clients with property damage claims
- Conducting thorough case investigations, which may include ordering police reports, contacting nearby businesses for surveillance footage, gathering witness statements, and other investigative activities.
- Conducting third party limit research
- Managing medical billing and records requests
- Compiling Demand Exhibits
- Performing balance verifications
- Negotiating medical liens with healthcare providers and health insurance companies
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. *

Personal injuries experience
- The ability to meticulously manage and review client information, documentation, and case details. This skill is crucial for ensuring the accuracy of records, identifying any inconsistencies, and adhering to protocols and procedures.

and maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries to protect both the clients and the organization.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effectively interacting with clients, healthcare providers, legal professionals, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to clearly explain processes, convey complex information in an understandable manner, and document case notes accurately.
Client-Facing:
- The capability to interact directly with clients in a professional and empathetic manner. This involves assessing client needs, providing support and guidance, and building rapport and trust. A client-facing case manager must handle sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
