We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team.

The adecuado candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong background in handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage client treatment, ensuring appropriate documentation of medical records and progress.
- Draft and prepare demand letters with supporting documentation.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, including detailed case notes and updates.




- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the case.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless case management.

Qualifications

- +1 Years of experience in personal injury case management is required.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claims process, including medical treatment protocols, demand drafting, and settlement negotiations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in case management software and standard office applications
