? Location: Colombia – Hybrid (Start in-office, then remote based on performance)

? Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

? Bilingual Role (English C1 & Spanish)

? What You’ll Do:

✔️ Make 50 outbound calls & 50 text messages daily to potential customers

✔️ Manage and organize leads in our CRM

✔️ Pre-qualify customers for financing based on company guidelines

✔️ Communicate via phone, text & email using approved channels

✔️ Confirm vehicle availability and send options to customers

✔️ Schedule appointments and ensure smooth handoffs to management

✔️ Provide daily updates on leads and appointments





? What We’re Looking For:

? High School diploma

? 0–1 year of experience in sales, outreach, BDC, or customer service

?️ Bilingual: English (C1 level) & Spanish

? CRM & data entry experience preferred

? Tech-savvy, organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking

? No face tattoos
