? We're Hiring: Business Analyst

? Location: Remote from Colombia

? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time)

? Education Required: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields

?️ English Level: Advanced (B2+)

? Role Objective:

The Business Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and strategies through data analysis, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration. The main goal is to translate business needs into effective solutions that generate value and efficiency.

? Responsibilities:

- Collect, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Evaluate current processes and propose improvements based on data and best practices
- Develop business models, process flows, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and stakeholders to implement solutions
- Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations,



and dashboards to communicate findings
- Participate in planning and execution of digital transformation projects
- Monitor KPIs and key metrics to assess the impact of initiatives

?️ Skills:

Hard Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles
- Experience in process analysis, project management, or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with process modeling tools (BPMN, UML)
