"As a Bookkeeper/Tax Preparer, you’ll play a crucial role in helping businesses keep track of their finances and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Your responsibilities will include
? Preparing and reviewing tax documents with precision.
? Performing bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
? Managing bookkeeping data on QuickBooks.
? Communicating with clients via email to follow up and request necessary information.
? Processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate payments.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong written communication skills in English.
✅ A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn.
✅ At least 1.5 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
✅ Proficiency in QuickBooks and knowledge of US GAAP.
✅ CPA certification is a plus but not required.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
✅ A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
✅ Familiarity with Lacerte and Drake tax software is a significant advantage.
