? Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Are you a detail-driven Bookkeeper with experience in personal injury law firms and a passion for precision? ?✨

Join a dynamic legal team where your skills in trust accounting and QuickBooks Online will make a real impact!

? What You’ll Do

✅ Reconcile IOLTA (trust) and operating accounts with full compliance

✅ Track income/expenses for personal injury cases (mostly car accidents ?)

✅ Maintain accurate records of client funds, disbursements & settlements

✅ Generate financial reports for internal use & tax prep

✅ Collaborate with attorneys to allocate funds properly

✅ Monitor case-related costs, reimbursements & settlements

✅ Ensure all practices align with state bar regulations

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ Minimum 1 year of bookkeeping experience in a U.S. personal injury law firm

✔️ Advanced conversational English (C1 level)

✔️ QuickBooks Online proficiency is a must

✔️ Strong understanding of trust accounting & IOLTA compliance

✔️ Excellent attention to detail & organizational skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks

✔️ Clear written and verbal communication

? Experience with legal billing or case management software

? Background in audit/tax prep documentation

? Knowledge of settlement disbursement & lien tracking
