Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator

Salary: 2,800,000 + 200,000Aux transportation

Shift days, hours and time zone: Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm // Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am – 4:30 pm CST // Friday and Saturday OFF.

The Lead Scheduling Coordinator is primarily responsible for setting the tone for the Schedulers.

The Lead Scheduling Coordinator reports directly to Chris Secchiari, Office Manager/Owner.

Requirements

-English C1

-Experience as scheduler and supervisor. (2 years of experience as minimum)

-Homecare background Able to manage stress and lead a team with all the tasks Receptive to feedback (Coachable)

-Client Management Experience in Axiscare if its possible

Responsibilities

-Contacts New Caregivers Calls all new caregivers within three days of start date





-Follows up with caregivers to ensure that they have been assigned or let them know the status

-Provides Staffing for Clients Inputs new clients into Scheduling Software Database Schedules caregivers based on location, experience and availability with clients

-Notifies clients concerning basic information on caregiver, service start dates and times caregiver will be providing care

-Familiarize caregiver with client information, typed directions, time and basic introduction of client’s care needs and diagnosis Inputs

-Client Information into the Scheduling Software Database

-Documents changes in client conditions

-Documents schedule changes Documents caregiver call outs, refusal of shifts, and any other changes including explanations as to why Changes were made
