What you'll do

- Support the coordination of home care services for elderly patients in the U.S. market.

- Help assess client needs and contribute to the development of personalized care plans.

- Act as a point of contact between patients, families, and care providers.

- Maintain accurate documentation and follow up on service continuity.

- Learn and apply U.S. healthcare compliance standards (CMS guidelines).

Requirements

What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, International Business, or a related program.

- English level B2–C1 — able to communicate fluently in a U.S. professional environment.

- Strong organizational skills, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset.

- No prior experience required — just commitment and a desire to learn.

- Availability for Barranquilla Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

- Active enrollment required
