Role: Customer Service Representative – Automotive Collections
Location: Bogotá, Caracol Radio Building (Calle 67 #7-37)

Requirements:
- English Level: B2+ or C1 (High proficiency).
- Education: High School Diploma or higher.
- Experience: No prior experience is needed—we provide a 2-week training and nesting program.
Training Schedule (Week 1):
- Mon-Thu: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Nesting (Week 2)
- Same as operations (42 hours - Mon-Fri)
Operations' Schedule:
- 8 am - 8 pm Mon - Fri (42 hours/week)
