? On-site position in any of our Solvo locations: Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Armenia

? Schedule: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

? About the Role

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with the Sales team, manage benefit-related requests, analyze data, optimize processes, and help ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Your role directly contributes to client loyalty and overall satisfaction.

? Key Responsibilities

✨ Manage benefit requests for clients

✨ Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate service delivery

✨ Analyze data and prepare reports to improve internal processes





✨ Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored support

? Required Skills & Experience

✔ Experience in sales support or customer service roles

✔ Knowledge of benefit management systems

✔ Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with multiple departments

✔ Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating reports

✔ Advanced Conversational English (C1) – mandatory

✔ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
