Research Associate Position

Main Responsibilities:

- Contact Healthcare Professionals to collect data.
- Conduct and Schedule Research Calls.

Specific Tasks:

- Call and Email Healthcare Professionals to invite them to participate in our research.
- Schedule Research Calls based on the availability of professionals.
- Attend Research Calls when necessary to provide the best service to professionals.
- Offer Excellent Customer Experience to all those we communicate with.
- Follow Documentation Procedures and track outreach and research activities.
- Participate in Quality Assurance Discussions about outreach and research with colleagues and managers.
- Support Team Members in various outreach and research processes and projects.
- Attend Team and Company Meetings.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am - 6pm
