As Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will be responsable of the end to end of the selection cycle; sourcing, screening, selection and hiring of qualified candidates in the BPO industry

What do you need to be part of this team:

Professionals or students from psychology, business administration or related careers.

At least One year of working experiencie in talent acquisition roles

English B2+/C1

Job conditions

Work labor contract for 2 months, then indefinite term contract

Salary: $2'850.000 + Comission $200.000 (Bi-weekly payment)

Schedule: Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:15pm.

100% on site: Bogotá - Chapinero
