? What You’ll Do
As our Accounts Payable Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of vendor transactions. Your day-to-day will include:
✅ Managing vendor accounts and maintaining accurate records
✅ Processing and posting PO invoices across multiple systems
✅ Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
✅ Handling payments via ACH, checks, and wire transfers
✅ Responding to vendor inquiries and maintaining strong relationships
✅ Preparing monthly journal entries and assisting with general ledger tasks
✅ Monitoring AP inbox and ensuring timely responses
? What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a bilingual (English C1+) professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves working with numbers. You’ll need:
? High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred)
? 5+ years in full-cycle Accounts Payable roles
? Experience with Cloud ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Excellent communication and customer service abilities
? Ability to handle 100-200 invoices weekly with precision
? A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
