? What You’ll Do
As our Accountant, you’ll be the go-to expert for a portfolio of clients, managing their day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close processes. You’ll collaborate with Controllers and outsourced CFOs to deliver insights—not just numbers.
? Your Responsibilities
✅ Lead full month-end close: GL maintenance, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial statements
✅ Own client relationships: clarify transactions, support AP/AR workflows, and ensure smooth operations
✅ Manage AP/AR processes: accuracy, aging, and cash-flow visibility
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow modeling
✅ Prepare audit, tax, and due diligence documentation
✅ Collaborate across teams and industries with a business-support mindset
? What You Bring
? Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
? 3–5 years of experience in multi-client environments (outsourced accounting or firm)
? Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and cloud accounting systems
? Strong month-end close and financial statement prep skills
? Excellent communication and client-service orientation
? Analytical mindset aligned with our “Insights Over Information” value
