Daily Life of a successful AGM:

- Manages client's recruitment processes, from onboarding roles to making outstanding recruitment plans and closing placements

- Leads a team of talented recruiters, setting top-level targets and goals, and ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently

- Trains its recruitment team in soft and hard skills, as well as managing their performance, and providing ongoing support and guidance alongside the Sales Manager

- Constantly learns about the tech industry, being always updated with the latest news and trends

What you need in order to be an AGM:

- Be people-oriented leader

- Start-up mentality & Entrepreneurial mindset

- Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices





- Strong knowledge of tech terms

- Advanced English level (C1)
