We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The idóneo candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience hiring across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and ATS.
- Extend offers and support onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions.
