This is more than a recruiter role. You'll be a trusted advisor to business leaders, a talent market expert, and a key contributor to our continued growth across North and South America.

What you'll be doing:
Lead end-to-end recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting to offer acceptance




Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
Develop creative sourcing strategies for technical, commercial, and corporate roles
Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct candidate interviews and support structured assessment processes
Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience
Partner with leaders across the Americas
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to managers and business leaders
Provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring trends, and candidate expectations
Support workforce planning and hiring prioritization discussions
Guide stakeholders toward data-driven hiring decisions
Build talent pipelines
Proactively map talent markets and build candidate networks
Maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
Develop long-term strategies to reduce time-to-hire and strengthen talent availability
