What you could be doing:
As a Business Development Representative at Genesys, you will help create new business opportunities by engaging potential customers through thoughtful, personalized, and multi-channel conversations.
You will work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, build a high-quality pipeline, and demonstrate how Genesys Cloud and AI-powered customer experience solutions can support digital transformation.
Your responsibilities may include:
Developing new business opportunities across NOLA through outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
Creating targeted account strategies aligned with territory and regional priorities
Qualifying marketing-generated leads and turning them into meaningful sales opportunities
Researching organizations and connecting with key decision-makers across enterprise and upper mid-market accoun
