In this role, you will play a critical part in the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and solutions to address complex business problems and drive innovation across our products and services.Key ResponsabilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize ML use cases.Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation,



and deployment.Evaluate model performance and continuously improve ML solutions.Stay up to date with the latest ML technologies and best practices.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions.Support recruitment and onboarding of new Machine Learning Engineers.What We're Looking ForBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.Strong experience with Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and software engineering best practices.Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.“We’re committed to creating an inclusive employee experience for all.
