Build a career and you can be part of transforming our business while helping to change millions of lives.The People Services Senior Generalist is part of the North America People Services organization and reports to the People Services C2R Lead in the Bogotá Hub, with a dotted-line relationship to the North America People Services Data Quality Manager. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across People Services processes.The Senior Generalist acts as a key Workday and HR operations expert, supporting data quality audits, employee master data management, reporting, process documentation, system testing, and stakeholder support. Ready to get started?Main responsibilitiesConduct daily audits of employee, payroll-impacting, and organizational data within Workday for the North America regionIdentify data quality issues and partner with relevant stakeholders to implement correctionsEnsure integrity, accuracy, and consistency of employee master dataMaintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and governance requirementsProvide documentation and support for internal and external auditsSupport People & Culture teams and business stakeholders with reporting, analytics, and data validation requestsCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to support operational and business decision-makingAnalyze data trends and recommend actions to improve data quality and process effectivenessMonitor key operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvementServe as a subject matter expert for Workday processes and functionalityManage and support workforce-related processes, including Reduction in Force (RIF)
and VIE activitiesSupport testing activities related to Workday enhancements, releases, and new functionalitiesProvide backup support for Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) mass upload processesMaintain process documentation and ensure alignment with operational standardsDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentationDeliver Workday training and knowledge-sharing sessions to Tier 1 People Services teamsSupport onboarding and capability-building initiatives for new team membersPromote best practices and continuous learning within the People Services organizationIdentify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimizationDrive initiatives that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and employee experienceSupport digital transformation projects and operational excellence programsContribute to standardization and simplification efforts across People Services operationsAbout youExperienceExperience in HR Operations, People Services, HRIS, Employee Data Management, or related areasStrong experience working with Workday and employee data processesExperience in HR reporting, auditing, data quality management, and process improvementExperience supporting stakeholders in a shared services or multinational environment is preferredSoft & Technical skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesStrong customer-service mindset and employee-focus approachAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and innovationAbility to work independently and collaboratively within integral teamsSolid experience with Workday reporting and employee data managementKnowledge of payroll-impacting transactions and HR processesExperience conducting audits and data validation activitiesFamiliarity with EIBs, mass uploads,
