Monitoring Analyst

We are looking for a Monitoring Analyst to support the continuous monitoring of infrastructure and technology services, ensuring timely alert management, incident handling, and escalation.

What will a typical day look like in this role?
- Monitor client infrastructure and platforms in a 24x7 operational environment.
- Identify, document, and escalation.
- Review backup status and report potential failures.
- Analyze events and correlate alerts to proactively identify potential service impacts.

What we need to see from you

Professionals, technologists, or students pursuing technology-related careers, withexperience in platform monitoring, operational support, or IT infrastructure.

Required Skills
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with incident or ticket management tools.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts.
- Ability to analyze and follow up on alerts and incidents.
- Availability to work in shift-based operational schedules.
