Job Summary
The Business Development Associate is responsible for supporting and providing administrative support to the business development team in Latin America. The Business Development Associate will assist the team in achieving ambitious growth, sales, revenue, and recognition targets, without holding direct responsibility for revenue generation or commercial decision-making. This position will undertake research into key sectors and partners, verify contact information,



and schedule and facilitate meetings to promote the organization's products and services. They will maintain accurate records in our CRM system, providing dashboards and reports to show progress against goals. They will assist with the successful running of events and meetings online and in person and support our participation in domestic and international conferences in Latin America. They will also run campaigns to raise awareness of our organization and products and achieve both sales and recognition targets. The Business Development Associate is required to be bilingual (English and Spanish) and must be able to successfully communicate verbally and in writing in both languages.
