The Cash & Trade Proc Assoc Analyst 2 is an entry level role responsible for assisting the function with any projects and initiatives related to cash management in coordination with the Transaction Services team. You'll learn the ins-and-outs of treasury solutions and gain hands-on experience supporting the products that keep integral commerce moving. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented problem-solver who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up accounts for our global clients, including cash concentration structures, account pricing, and target balance accounts.
- Process client requests for new accounts and other services.
- Help investigate and find solutions for operational issues, system errors, and client inquiries.
- Research, identify, and recommend technology capabilities that enable the reduction of client inquiries and manual touchpoints.
- Work closely with our partners in Technology, Product, and Client Service to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
- Participate in system testing,
operational readiness activities, and other projects to help us improve our processes.
- Learn about operational risk and help the team maintain strong controls and procedures.
- Assist in preparing communications and reports for team members and leadership.
Qualifications
- A strong interest in finance, banking operations, or treasury services.
- 0-2 years of experience in a related role. Relevant internships are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Comfortable using new software and systems, with a proficient understanding of emerging technologies.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model and be in the office on team days.
