As a Recruiter, you will support high-volume hiring initiatives and help drive talent acquisition strategies that enable business success. You will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, collaborate with hiring leaders, and leverage sourcing and recruiting best practices to attract, engage, and hire qualified talent efficiently and effectively. This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving hiring goals and delivering outstanding candidate and stakeholder experiences.

What you’ll do:

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles in Latin America
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and team culture.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-performing candidates.




- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application to offer.
- Track and share recruitment metrics and insights.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to programs like university hiring, executive search, or technical recruiting.

What we’re looking for:

- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or related HR experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and results driven.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
