Decide “click vs. code” with clear guardrails.NPSP: Extend without breaking upgradability; resolve conflicts with standard objects/automation; rationalize objects/fields and uplift data quality.TaskRay: Implement templates, dependencies, and cross‑object automation; integrate with Flows, Platform Events, and Apex as needed.Agentforce/AI: Integrate assistants/bots with secure data flows, logging, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.Automations & Integrations: Ship practical workflow automations and priority integrations (Microsoft 365,
