The Supply Analyst I supports supply planning execution for the VPC portfolio by releasing planned requisitions, coordinating 3PL supply needs, supporting transfers and shipments, and reviewing OTIF performance. The role is focused on accurate, timely execution of recurring planning activities that help maintain product availability, service reliability, and cross-functional visibility across planning, procurement, warehouse, customer service, quality, and third-party logistics partners. The role handles recurring requisition release, shipment and transfer coordination, OTIF audit support, and planning file maintenance. The position is expected to identify supply risks, follow up with stakeholders, and escalEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Release requisitions for the MTO Total VPC portfolio twice per week, following established planning schedules and approval requirements.Release requisitions for the B&R; MTS VPC portfolio to support replenishment, inventory availability, and service requirements.Support 3PL supply planning by reviewing demand, stock availability, open orders, and transfer needs; recommend transfers andcoordinate shipment priorities as needed.Partner with the appropriate system owner to ensure transfer and shipment details are accurately entered, updated, and aligned with planning decisions.Review near-term demand, inventory availability, open purchase orders,



and replenishment requirements to support timely product movement.Conduct OTIF audits, document service misses, identify preliminary root causes, and follow up on required corrective actions with the appropriate stakeholders.Maintain supply planning trackers, open issue logs, and recurring planning files with accurate and timely information.Communicate supply risks, delayed replenishment, transfer issues, or shipment concerns to planning, procurement, warehouse, customer service, quality, and 3PL partners.Escalate service, inventory, system, or execution issues that may affect customer orders or supply continuity.Support continuous improvement of planning routines, data accuracy, and communication discipline within the supply planning team.Education & Experience:Desired BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, customer operations, or related business operations preferred.Experience working with inventory, purchase requisitions, customer orders, shipment planning, or ERP systems preferred.Knowledge, Skills, & TalentsBasic understanding of supply planning, inventory movement, purchase requisitions, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate planning data.Ability to follow established processes, meet recurring deadlines, and escalProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.Strong communication and follow-up skills with cross-functional partners.At least B2 english level.Working ConditionsOffice-based planning role with regular computer and ERP/reporting system use. The role requires frequent interaction with planning, procurement, warehouse, customer service, quality, and 3PL partners.
