Unlike traditional marketing agencies that only manage ads, the company owns the complete lead generation ecosystem—from creative production and messaging through CRM integrations, funnels, and campaign optimization. Their clients include contractors, coaches, professional service firms, and other lead generation-focused businesses that rely heavily on paid advertising to grow.

About the Role: The client is looking for a Senior Paid Ads Manager with deep experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads for service-based lead generation businesses.

This is not an eCommerce advertising role. We looking for someone who can truly own paid advertising so leadership can focus on growing the company—not managing campaigns.





The adecuado candidate understands how to generate qualified leads—not online purchases—and knows how to optimize campaigns around appointments, phone calls, and sales opportunities.

You'll take campaigns from launch through optimization while ensuring leads flow correctly into client CRM systems.

You'll be expected to think strategically, troubleshoot independently, communicate proactively, and operate with minimal supervision.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys ownership and wants to become a long-term member of a growing agency.
