Business Development & Full-Cycle Recruitment Manager — Remote, Full-Time

Kurios City is hiring a full-desk recruiter/BD hybrid to own an entire client relationship end-to-end: closing new business, scoping and pricing roles, sourcing and delivering Colombian talent, and managing onboarding.

About the Role

This is a full-time, remote, critical hire. You'll manage your own portfolio of clients and independently run the full recruitment lifecycle for every role they bring you.

Responsibilities

- Prospect, pitch, and close new client companies
- Run intake calls to define role scope, budget, urgency, and job description
- Price each search to protect Kurios City's margin
- Source and screen candidates via Computrabajo, Indeed, LinkedIn, and AI-assisted tools
- Run structured interviews and present a shortlist of top 3 candidates per role
- Manage offer negotiation and onboarding through to start date

Requirements

- 3+ years combining sales/BD with recruitment or staffing delivery
- Full sales-cycle and full recruitment-cycle experience
- Experience with Colombian/LatAm hiring channels
- Comfortable with CRM, VideoAsk, AI sourcing tools, Google Sheets
- C1+ level English proficiency
- Entrepreneurial spirit — takes initiative and does the things before announcing or asking permission to do them

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling into or recruiting for U.S.



or LatAm tech/SaaS/clean-energy markets
- Prior agency/RPO full-desk experience

Compensation

Base salary: $1000-$1200. Commission structure to be introduced as the role and book of business grow.
