About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support our client’s ongoing marketing operations. This is a hybrid role combining marketing execution, operational coordination, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working across paid ads, CRM systems, SEO tools, and vendor coordination. This role requires judgment, accountability, and the ability to independently execute while collaborating with external agencies.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinate and manage vendors, marketing agencies, and third-party service providers.

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads and secondary support for Meta campaigns.

Manage SEO implementation, technical SEO updates, and website content within WordPress while maintaining overall website health and performance.

Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, analyze results, and recommend improvements to maximize lead generation and ROI.

Create and publish marketing content across digital channels, including social media graphics and basic short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Manage CRM workflows, lead routing, reporting,



and marketing operations while ensuring data accuracy and efficient processes.

Troubleshoot marketing, website, tracking, and platform-related issues, coordinating with vendors and software providers when needed.

Stay up to date with AI tools and digital marketing best practices to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and identify new opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

3–4 years of experience in marketing, operations, or a similar execution-focused role.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta platforms, and CRM systems (Zapier).

Solid SEO knowledge, especially within WordPress environments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (Preferred).

Comfortable using AI tools to support marketing and operational workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Position: Marketing Coordinator

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9am - 5pm EST

Holidays: US Federal Holidays

Salary: USD 1200 - USD 1600 per month
