The People Advisor – Latam will play a key role in supporting and delivering core HR operations across our Latam locations. This role will be responsible for managing employee lifecycle activities, payroll and benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, HR systems administration, and providing day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring an excellent employee experience while maintaining compliance, data integrity, and operational excellence across all HR processes.
This role can be remote from anywhere in Spain or you can chose to work in a hybrid fashion from our Barcelona or Madrid offices.
Key responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding activities across the Latam region.
- Ensure all employee lifecycle transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare employment documentation, letters, and HR communications as required.
- Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR queries and provide guidance on HR policies and processes.
Payroll Administration
- Coordinate payroll inputs and review payroll data for accuracy prior to submission.
- Approve and validate payroll-related changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions.
- Partner closely with Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
