Position Summary

We are seeking a highly polished, proactive, and articulate Membership Experience Lead to own the entire member journey—from initial intake through long-term engagement. In this role,



you will serve as the primary face of our brand and the bridge between high-net-worth members and our clinical team. You will lead live onboarding calls, manage high-touch communications, anticipate member needs, and help build seamless operational systems for a rapidly scaling concierge medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for delivering an extraordinary white-glove experience, maintaining complete ownership of member communication, and optimizing operational workflows.

- Member Onboarding & Live Calls: Lead structured, professional onboarding video calls with new members. Guide them through next steps, answer questions with warmth and confidence, and build immediate trust.
