The ERLR Senior Analyst plays a critical role in supporting ERLR operations through close collaboration with ERLR Partners and Managers on a broad range of employee relations matters. Serving as a trusted first point of contact for ERLR inquiries and policy-related questions, this role provides clear, timely guidance to employees and managers while ensuring alignment with company policies, employment regulations, and ERLR standards.
