Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Ops Accounting Associate. This role will involve supporting our Operations and Accounting teams by ensuring accurate recording of transactions, handling various property-related administrative tasks, and maintaining organized records of our short-term rental properties. The Junior Ops Accounting Associate will play a key role in the overall management of our property portfolio by ensuring operational compliance, supporting financial operations, and helping streamline internal processes.

and committed to delivering accurate and timely results. This role will be responsible for managing utilities, supporting property onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating owner communications, and assisting with a variety of finance-related functions. Additionally, the Junior Ops Accounting Associate will be responsible for preparing and issuing Owner Statements for the U.S. market, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all financial information reported to property owners. A solid understanding of U.S. taxes, particularly those related to the short-term rental industry, is highly desirable.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks (Desirable)
