At Cornerstone Global Partners, we're looking for an experienced
Human Resources Operations Specialist
to support U.S.-based clients and their contingent workforce throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, supporting workers throughout their assignments, and coordinating closely with Payroll, HR, Account Executives, and client teams.

⚡What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and contingent workers throughout onboarding and active assignments.
- Coordinate onboarding, assignment activations, extensions, revisions, and offboarding activities.




- Maintain accurate employee and assignment data across HRIS, VMS, and client systems.
- Create and manage requisitions (PSRs) from VMS/client systems while ensuring data integrity.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and client technologies.
- Support payroll-related inquiries, missing timecards, expense reports, and assignment changes.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Account Executives, and client stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
- Perform regular audits, generate reports, and support continuous process improvements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through proactive communication with clients and employees.

?You are:
- Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
- 4 Years of experience in Staffing, HR Operations, Employee Onboarding, Customer Success, Workforce Management, or Account Coordination within the US Market.
