As our development pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced recruiting partner to help us identify exceptional construction professionals for our expanding team.

This is not a general recruiting position.

We are looking for someone who has successfully recruited for U.S. construction companies, general contractors, developers, or homebuilders.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting highly qualified candidates for positions including:

* Construction Project Managers

* Estimators

* Procurement Specialists

* Construction Administrators

* Project Engineers

* Development Professionals

* Other construction and real estate support positions

Requirements

Applicants must have:





* Demonstrated experience recruiting for U.S. construction companies

* Experience recruiting professionals for residential and/or commercial construction

* Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills

* Experience sourcing passive candidates

* Excellent written and spoken English

* Experience conducting candidate interviews and evaluating technical qualifications

* Ability to work during or overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours

What Success Looks Like

Success is measured by the quality of candidates—not the number of résumés submitted.

You will be expected to:

* Present 3–5 highly qualified finalists for each position

* Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring

* Maintain timely communication with candidates

* Provide honest candidate assessments and recommendations

* Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting outcomes
