Engineering Business Development Specialist
to help connect U.S. engineering firms with exceptional engineering talent across Latin America.

This role is idóneo for engineers who want to transition into
Business Development, Client Success, Technical Sales, or Growth Marketing
while remaining close to the engineering industry.

What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with U.S. engineering firms
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Execute outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms
- Coordinate discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Support proposals and commercial strategy
- Work directly with company leadership to help scale the business

We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, Client Success, Engineering Consulting, or
