We’re looking for a
Backend Engineer with strong Kotlin and AI experience
to join a fintech platform focused on building scalable systems for the lending marketplace.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and maintain backend services that power financial products and integrations. You’ll also contribute to backend architecture decisions and help improve system scalability as the platform continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using
Kotlin

Strong Java experience accepted.
- Proven experience using AI tools during software development.
- Experience leveraging AI for design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate with the engineering team on
backend architecture and infrastructure improvements
- Participate in
technical discussions and system design
- Support ongoing
platform development and scalability initiatives




- Contribute to building reliable and scalable backend systems for financial services

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
in software engineering
- Strong
backend development background
- 2–3+ years of experience with Kotlin
- Experience building
backend services and infrastructure systems
- Strong understanding of
backend architecture and distributed systems
- Ability to collaborate effectively within engineering teams
