We are seeking someone who goes beyond execution—an experienced professional capable of leading a remote team, analyzing performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue through continuous optimization of our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a remote marketing and e-commerce team.
- Oversee growth strategies across all online sales channels.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Improve e-commerce conversion rates and drive online sales growth.
- Set priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time.




- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV, and others).
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across different departments.
- Provide remote support to the commercial and e-commerce operations when needed.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

RequirementsRequired Qualifications
- Must reside in Colombia.
- C1 English proficiency
(spoken and written).
- Minimum
3 years of experience leading remote teams
in marketing, sales, or e-commerce.
- Minimum
5 years of experience
in e-commerce or digital sales.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Previous experience working in fully remote organizations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
