We're a growing travel company looking for energetic, confident people who love meeting new people and aren't afraid to strike up conversations with tourists.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Alto Experiences, speaking directly with travellers in popular tourist areas in El Poblado and helping them book incredible experiences.

This is not a desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being outdoors, has excellent people skills, and is confident approaching strangers and starting conversations.

Responsibilities




- Proactively approach tourists in busy areas in El Poblado.
- Introduce Alto Experiences and recommend tours based on travellers' interests.
- Answer questions about our experiences and destinations.
- Convert conversations into bookings.
- Represent the Alto Experiences brand in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work closely with the team to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (minimum B2 level).
- English level C1 or above preferred.
- Confident speaking with new people throughout the day.
- Friendly, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Sales, hospitality, tourism or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Working Hours
- 30 hours per week.
- 5 days per week.
- 6-hour shifts.
- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods.
