Our Welcome Wagon sales team is expanding, and this opportunity is idóneo for professionals in Colombia with sales or call center experience and strong English skills.

What You'll Do

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective customers
Identify customer needs and recommend the right Welcome Wagon products
Communicate product value and handle objections effectively
Close sales and log activity accurately in CRM tools
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Maintain productivity standards for calls, talk time, and conversions
Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience
Participate in onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching

What You Bring





3+ years of sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
Strong communication and listening skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to handle objections and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
Comfort using CRM systems and basic sales technology
A quiet workspace with reliable internet (30 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum)

What We Offer

Monthly base salary: $5,000,000 COP
Monthly incentive bonus: up to $4,000,000 COP, based on individual performance
