We are looking for expert-level YouTube Video Editors who can create premium, retention-focused educational long-form content for top creators and brands. This role is best suited for video editors who understand high-quality YouTube storytelling at a top-quality level similar to Vox, Johnny Harris, Cleo Abram, Ali Abdaal, or Codie Sanchez. We are not looking for basic editors, short-form-only editors, or editors who add cuts and captions. We are looking for the best of the best. Someone with strong creative judgment, technical skill, and the ability to turn raw footage and direction into a polished, engaging, and thoughtful YouTube video. The idóneo editor understands pacing, story structure, audience retention, visual clarity, motion graphics, sound design, and how every editing choice affects the viewer’s experience.
