This role is built for a driven, detail-obsessed professional who thrives in complex collection environments and isn't afraid to dig deep into account histories, contract terms, pricing disputes, and payment discrepancies to drive resolution. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B collections instincts, a forensic mindset for investigating customer issues, and the discipline to manage a full-time workload with minimal oversight.

This is not a transactional role — it demands a specialist who can conduct thorough account-level research,



navigate data-cleanup scenarios in mergers and acquisitions, engage professionally with business customers, and partner with internal teams to close out complex AR issues.
