Communicational Designer – Colombia

VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management, is looking for a Communicational Designer to join our team We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Our main goal is to always provide the best level of care and compassion to individuals who are being treated.

Position Summary:

Our adecuado candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative professional who will play an essential role within our marketing department. You should be a self-starter who genuinely enjoys editorial and communications design, thrives under tight deadlines, and possesses exceptional collaboration skills. In this role, you will work closely with our Art Directors to ensure all design requests are delivered on time, while also managing the ordering of physical materials for our clinics. If you are passionate about brand consistency, love refining patient-facing materials, and want to support the operational growth of a successful medical facility, we would like to meet you.

What You’ll Do:




- Quality Assurance: Maintain an exceptional eye for detail, thoroughly checking grammar, typos, and layouts in all designs before they are submitted for final printing.
- Asset Creation & Organization: Design fresh, engaging pieces of marketing material while ensuring all existing digital and physical brand assets remain highly organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teammates to brainstorm, strategize, and execute new ideas aimed at improving our customer journey and driving new leads to our clinics.
- Logistics Support: Assist Art Directors by staying ahead of project timelines and managing the ordering process for printed materials across our various clinics.
- Reporting: Compile and deliver project or performance reports as needed to keep the leadership team aligned.
